Farmers Markets offer fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables for your table. This year, there is an added incentive for those of you who receive food stamp benefits. When you spend $5 on your EBT (Food Stamp) card at a participating Farmers Market, you will receive a $5 ”Fresh Check” free, to spend at the Farmers Market. Fresh Checks can be used that day or another day on many products at the market and with any farmer enrolled in the program.
